Express lane @ NTUC Xtra

Just now went NTUC Xtra @ AMK Hub. A hell lot of people... And I did a survey
How long it takes to clear an express lane: 45 minutes
How long it takes to clear a normal lane: 40 minutes
KNN. Why express lane so long also. I thought express lane is for people who buy less than 10 items and it should be damn fricking fast in terms of clearing the payment counter? How come the wait is like 45 minutes as compared to the wait over at the normal lane??? Damn buay song because I had to help mum buy some stuff from there
Lesson I learnt... NEVER trust EXPRESS lanes

i saw some ppl with more than 6 items at express lane.......

and i doubt the situation gets better when AMK hub is officially opened. MORE JAMS outside my house
Worse still... CATHAY cineplex is opening here Cheaper movie tickets available by then, big crowds are expected to flock here -

like the S-11 beside jubilee for western food and yong tau hu, the food centre near the broadway for satay beehoon, desserts........ -

Just now go to the Express lane @ NTUC Xtra, notice you cannot push the trolley through, it's a good idea.

cause every queue looks similarly long to me
