basket taxi!!

  i need to whine!
  
  the basket taxi come out from the temple but along the road all the lorry/van park there.
  
  den i go forward he just come out from the temple! i jam-brake den my mother panic liao i blasted the horn for a full 5seconds!
  
  tried to overtake him by going on the oncoming lane but cannot. not even a wave of apology or anything!!!

  indeed i just saw another near-accident involving yet another taxi. this taxi wanted to swerve left coz' got passenger flag for cab.
  
  den he nvr check blindspot den got m/cycle on his left.
  
  and i was behind, watching the action, well-prepared to hit the brakes.
  
  thanks to yet another taxi driver.

  I also kenna one time liddat. From that night onwards, I made sure I never let any taxi cut my lane, nor give them space to change lane ever. Regardless they blast their horn at me or not.

  1. it's a wake-up call for him. one that would haunt him for a long, long time. he would realise he nearly caused the accident. he would realise he put someone's (make it two) life at risk just because he dont wanna check before turning.

  and u might probably do it urself someday
  and have someone else (may or may not be p-plater) sounding the horn for 5 seconds at u

  coz' the person brought me to my senses.
  
  but i can say i am tired of ppl bullying P-platers. however, dad, a fellow taxi driver, has taught me how to retaliate by various methods.

  just a simple drive down PIE from east to west more or less displays the bad driving habits of singaporeans.
  
  road hoggers on lane 1. > even tho i flash high beam they still dont notice the trail of cars behind. > results in the whole trail of cars behind it overtaking from the left.
  
  taxi drivers swerving left to pick up pax!!!
  
  taxi drivers who just cant decide which lane they want to be on.
  
  and many more lah... lazy to state.
