actually it is damn stupid. my block has life landing on all the odd floors. why do they need to upgrade? i hope the residents use their brain before voting.
anyway they are damn cb. they make a few blocks vote together. blocks with lifts on the 3rd, 6th, 9th.... floor (unlike my block) definitely will vote in favour of upgrading. -
