Are you using Firefox? If yes, go download this addon called Adblock plus @ http://addons.firefox.com
Install and restart Firefox.
Go to Tools > Adblock Plus
Click on the Add Filter button at the bottom left hand corner.
Type in this address: *.slim.com
Poof! No more ads!

For IE users, I've got a way.
Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
Open the file Hosts with notepad (only notepad, no others)
Type in this below the last line:code:127.0.0.1 *.slim.com
Save it -
done!
now the church ad....
