Nothing Better To Do?

  so early in the morning and the contractors are already drilling away.
  
  the floor tiles downstairs look perfectly ok to me. i confirmed with my neighbour on this.
  
  i wonder who took the iniative to do this.

  i am not complaining about the drilling but the purpose of the job. i am sure there are many things in need of repair or upgrade.

  WEll, U know the... erm, system. A level road could be resurfaced many times, but no one fixes the street lamps ....
