  there are defective lights at potong pasir. it cost 20k to install and 5k to repair.
  
  someone leased the land from LTA and had it built. now nobody wants to pay for the repair.
  
  is chiam to be blamed? of course not!!! it is not his doing.

  they always inefficient one. everyone just wanna wayang.
  
  the bridge over here, the paint not even slightest dirty. i see workers repainting the structure already while just a few steps away the pillars etc all worn and desecrated, noone bother. gt several times i see workers laying out bricks beside pavement, later they crush it and re-lay the same thing all over again.
