And if anything, it ought to be harder to get into Engin than Biz. As I've told you before, you MUST have a good foundation of both Maths and Physics if you plan to go into Engin.

Let's just say this... do NOT follow according to what kind of jobs are easy to find in the future, which industry is currently the hottest, etc to consider what you plan to major in university.
After all, it was only in the late 90s when the IT bubble was building and computer geeks were in high demand. In the early 2000s it was the biotech industry was the hottest in Singapore. And now we have rumblings about Singapore not having enough engineers.
Bottom line? Just stick to what interests you the most. Otherwise you'll be screwing yourself for 3-4 years after you ORD, and quite possibly you may end up screwing up your whole life as a result.
If you're interested in political science, I believe Lazerlordz can give you some advice in this area. If I'm not wrong, he's majoring in this. -

sigh, i think i have to retake too.. they still offer our syllabus' exams until 2008 only, so this year is the 2nd last year they offer.. but in ns abit hard eh.. i apr intake and pes A so i dunno if i'll get posted into a unit which allows me studying time.. -
i know a friend who retook his A lvls last year.
And he was an NSF. he ended up with AAB and a D7 for gp.
well least he can admin provisionally to uni..
but he was a clerk though, so i guess that gave him some studying time. -
haha, should've kenged during medical checkup, say got what past history of asthma and what-not.
to think i was looking forward to army as a pes a person back then...
guess i have only myself to blame for not studying hard enough.. -

haha, i should've been in hci wan. but then i still have myself to blame for my lousy o's and i didnt appeal also when it was virtually guaranteed (my place in hci that is).
still, what's done is done and no point looking back.. it's my happy-go-lucky attitude that caused me to flunk a's.. i didnt put in effort and i'll admit it. i won't blame anyone but myself, but i won't brood over it also.. take it as a lesson lor. -
