Argh, My Nose is Always Blocked!

  It is blocked 24/7, what am I supposed to do?! Go operation (i scared)?! I think i can feel that there is something inside my nose permanently stuck... seems like it's an object
  
  I can take this no longer! It has been 18 long years

  Come to think of it, I think it started when I was hit on the nose by an alarm clock when i was around 3 and my nose started bleeding...

  I have always thought that it was a normal phenomena and everyone had it... till I went for a medical checkup last year and the personnel told me it wasn't
  
  Actually 50% of the time it's just one side blocked while at other times both sides are blocked. Never once both sides clear..
