i received my monthly bill and noticed that 441 of my rewards monthly points has expired.
i called and told them that i have earlier redeemed my soon-to-expire points online.
instead of reinstating back the points i was told they need 2 weeks to do an investigation.
ccb, 441 points is worth less than $10.
she asked for my userid which i have forgotten. i told her to forget about the issue if i dont return the call.

441 points isnt worth much.
i normally consolidate 700 points to redeem for 1 payment of my ctv basic group subscription, which is around $20.
why do they need to investigate? its not like i am out to cheat the points.

the lady called me about my userid needed for the investigation.
i told her to forget it coz i dont remember it. she said "forget it? ok. call us......"
my decision must be a relief to her. -

it can be used for offsetting your ctv subscription.

Then u missed out some of the gd things abt these reward points loh. Beside in exchange for waiver of subscription... there's also other stuffs like discount vouchers, ad-hoc promos and such. And yes, u can exchange your points for waiver of your next mth's mobile/cable/internet bill or more... points dependent of cos. Note that u can oni exchange points for waiver of subscription in same category.. i.e: points in mobile oni for waiver of mobile subscription. Points are transferable for one service top another tho.
