what do you do? its quite obvious that she is feeling unwell. do you walk past her and pretend you dont see her? or just watch her suffer and dont do anything? or do you ask her how she is feeling and show her some concern?
see its VOMIT so would you even bother to care? -

once me and my gf saw this poor lady sitting down by the curb looking real bad at West Coast Mac carpoark. her bf look helpless, dunno wat to do. my gf suspect its the kind of period cramps. so i went up and offer some help, if she needs a ride to a clinic or something, but apparently our help was not needed. they only say "no need no neeed" no thanks or anything that shows appreciation....
