Toilet For The Disadvantaged

  i was at the library reading newspaper.
  
  
  
  suddenly i heard loud banging and shouting coming from the toilet for the disadvantaged.
  
  an idiotic woman locked herself inside and panicked. when she finally came out she started complaining about the locks and whatnot.
  
  knn, dont understand this woman. why cant she use the normal toilet?

  i think disadvantaged people should have this id card with microchip
  
  so when come to toilets like this, can swipe the card to open or close the door
  
  everyone else just gets lock in
