Is this allowed? Or could complain to HDb about this?

My neighbour rented their house to a group of china men... what i dun understand is that... why they like to hang their clothing at the corridor instead of the at the kitchen...
they like to hang their clothes to dry at the corridor instead of using the one in the kitchen.. and as i'm staying the corridor flat.. though it won't block my way.. but something.. when i'm going over to take my shoes .. for example i need to be carefully..esle my face will hit on their clothing...thus making inconvience to us...
intending to talk to them about this issue.. can i check with u guys.. is it allowed to install hanger in the corridor and use them.. instead of the one at the kitchen..? -
no. HDB dont allow that. the best way is to talk to your neighbour about hanging his clothes in the kitchen one instead of the outside. if he insist hanging outside then u can talk to him about the space, politely reminding him not to cut into your boundary.

Hence i think e best solution is to talk to them nicely

Talk to them about it. Told them if they want to hang, they could hang. just leave that part which is making us inconvience empty. Glad that they are understanding too, for the past one week. They really leaving the place empty...

I wonder if HDB can enforce their policy.
My experience with PRCs in general is that if you don't show them the gun, they won't back down. -
Go and complain.

i got neighbours who hang outside the railing on the corridor..
errr...facing the main road..instead the kitchen there...
duno why also..maybe they think it's cleaner..as compared to the back. -
Got this neighbour behind my house one knn, dunno open illegal bakery or what. So many maids work there, nothing to do peep into my house. Late night so noisy, busy baking away, keep hearing the oven buzzer, and the smells OMFG!!!!
