  u think HDB is e only prob ar... i remembered my frd lives in semi-detach at katong...he n his neighbour cant get along.....i tell u e way they fight like u noe e last time wheck big new on e newspaper bout 1 fucking prob family n their unlucky neighbours?
  
  wah lao chao xiang lor!!!! i mean coulpe of times he complain to us....then 1 time he fed up he ask mi n our gang of frds to come party at weekend at his place....
  
  at 1st we tot its only jus a normal gathering bbq at his place.... wah NB he planned all along!!! when we came to his place...his neighbour was like parkin his cars outside....i mean...u got a parking lot in ur own home n u still park outside...at least park at ur gate la.....wah lao park at e walkway near his gate....
  
  then my frds drove cars...total of 6 cars....then my frd ask 1 of them to park at his gate!!!of coz my frd scare ma....in the end nv...
  
  then hor bloodly hell more funny actions.....CB spray water at e plants!!! then e water spray OVER the fence!!!wah lao damn piss lor....
  
  then my frd finally snapped....ard 10pm plus....my frd said he wans to turn on his BMG sound system....weird thing is....there r 6 speakers.....but we only got 2 speakers facing us....listen this u will lolz wheres e rest of e speakers?

Damn happening man!!! some of us play mahjong but spend most of e time shufling....at last we finally go back home...ard 3am.....my frd said gather all e cars ard his gate.....n.....u noe(all mods ma) start reving ard 8000rpm n burned some tyres!!! haha damn shiok man.....

  my neighbour upstairs has been knocking since 6.30am.
  
  i went upstairs to confront him. to my surprise i found him sleeping in a rocking chair (door left opened)
  
  knn, then who is the one making all those noise.
  
  dont tell me there is something in the concrete between my level and the floor above.

  I have the same problem. Dragging furniture, banging,jumping,scraping of things. For 1 year liao. called police few times also no use. I tot upstairs but they say not them. Realised it may be next door. Here i am not working 2day cos i could not sleep last night. The problem is i cannot confirm its who. although the noise really comes from next door.
