  i those parents lazy to carry their kids back home

  so they placed their kids on the trolley and just

  push it back home lor

  then forgotten to push it back

  How able this suggestion, if ones need to use trolley, surrender you ic to the counter and the staff will give them a card (with s/n) on it.

  Disadvantage is ntuc need a space counter for it. Staff can rotate to do the jobs.
