Singapore Airlines' Virgin sale

  It was reported that Singapore Airlines bought 49 per cent of Virgin Atlantic for US$965 million in 1999, but has been open to selling its stake since at least mid-2011 when a price of US$500-US$600 million was mooted in markets. Now someone say it has been sold to Delta for US360 million.... How much money did Singapore Airlines make from this deal?

  The last two days :NOT one piece of SHITTY media report dared even to say - THIS was a deal went rotten and should n o t have been struck at such a high price inthe first place! and had to be sold for ONE THIRD of its orginal purchase price! So if our brilliant "strategists" in our Glcs all think it was a damn clever deal and that afterall it has all been written off- can you imagine the kind of other rotten deals they will be bring in .....afterall it will all be written down anyway.....bloody fools!
