I'm not sure how many total units are there along the stretch at danga bay. I know that The Tropicana Danga Bay has completed the 4 condominium buildings with shopping mall and maybe going to open soon. Then the other projects in danga bay by country garden danga bay, the greenland condo projects and others are already having the structures build upwards. Looks like they are competing with one another to see who could complete building their projects faster. -
On Sunday I saw and roughly guess that The Platino condominium near skudai has already completed two third of the construction. I think another two to three months time it will be completed.

The V Summer Place is completed now. The sales personnel told that foreigners can still buy the unit for RM500,000 because the project was launched before the new minimum purchase sum regulation for foreigners came into effect.

The two buildings of the Paragon Residences condominium with a view facing the Straits of Johor and probably the whole view of Singapore island (because it is build on top of a high ground) that is near danga bay too are rapidly completing their projects. More than 50% of their development are already completed. I think within this year it will be fully completed.

I saw many landed properties opposite danga bay areas too are upgrading their properties and some even are for sales. These landed properties opposite danga bay are the elite properties within an elite community.

IRDA RECEIVES TWO ELECTRIC VEHICLES FOR OFFICIAL USE
JOHOR BAHARU, Jan 19 (Bernama) -- Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) today received two electric vehicles (EV) for its official use.
Johor's Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar received the Renault Zoe vehicles from CMS Consortium Sdn Bhd (Comos), at the Iskandar Malaysia Information centre here.

'INCREDIBLE' FOR MALAYSIA'S FIRST ELECTRIC VEHICLE
CYBERJAYA - Malaysia’s first electric vehicle (EV) is likely to be unveiled and mass-produced by 2017, either by Proton Holdings Bhd or another local player, with an “incredible” price tag of less than RM100,000.
Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI) chief executive officer Madani Sahari said the “low” price is possible because the whole project, including infrastructure building and lithium-ion batteries production, will be local-centric.
He said Proton was now developing its EV and would produce a prototype by end of next year.
