Hi guyz,
Does anybody invest in yourself the skill sets and knowledge to trade in the stock market? what is the program that you have take up? Pros and Cons? Support? Etc.. Thanks
Hi,
Investing in yourself is the best thing you can ever do. There are many books you can read and seminars you can attend out there. Some are free too. Ever since i started my journey to discover more about investing, i've learned a lot for the past 1 year plus.
Books i would recommend to increase your financial knowledge:
Robert Kiyosaki books - Rich dad poor dad, rich dad guide to investing, cashflow quadrant, unfair advantage
Adam Khoo books - Secrets of self made millionaire, secrets of millionaire investors
Napolean Hill - Think and grow rich
There are seminars out there which you can attend and learn more too. In singapore there is this invest fair that is held every year. You can go there to look at the roadshows as well as listen to some of the seminars.
I've personally paid for seminars on trading in the stock market that cost thousands of dollars. You don't have to do it now but as you explore furthur, you will start to think about it. A warning though that there are many courses out there which are not worth the money so becareful on what you sign up for. If you really want, then i can recommend you the one that i attended. Personally felt that it was worth the money as i learned everything from economics, economic indicators, sector rotation, analysing news, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, trading in currency/forex, commodities, futures contracts, options contracts, equities etc. PM me if you need any help or information.
