when you start to buy, it went down. when you start to sell, it went up. the market is irrational, with plenty of buyers and sellers buying and selling daily with both good and bad news. whether you are trading forex or shares or derivatives/warrants. the point to take note is fear and greed. take control of your own fears, I read it from some investment book.
