*Course Objectives*
This professional training programme aims to equip participants with in-depth understanding of the capital markets, how securities and derivatives are traded on the exchange, and core financial trading techniques. This programme is suitable for entry level or mid-career professionals seeking employment in proprietary trading in securities and derivatives or related jobs.
*FICS Funding*
Funding support is at 90%, capped at S$6,000 per participant per programme under the FICS framework (subject to approval). Participants are required to meet a minimum attendance of 75% of all sessions in Module 1, 2 and 3. In addition, the applicant should be a Singaporean, Permanent Resident or be employed by a Singapore based Financial Institution. The Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) and SGX Academy may impose additional requirements or make changes to existing requirements.
