Ya, I saved closed to 80% of my money every month. I save alot by not eating at resturants but just cheaper places like fast food or sakae sushi (rather than sushi tei). I drink alot of coffee each day so i do it at yakun or toast box (rather than starbucks or coffee bean) so that's another few dollars shaved off. But there are things i can't save like cab fares (because my life is short so i don't have much time left). Other things i managed to save is not buying the expensive items like car or gamble in stock market. in case people flame me saying stock market is not gambling (oh ok, fine.) Also, i don't really go out with girls anymore coz now concentrating on my career so less playful now and means save alot, yes!!!

Wow, you can save 80% of your salary? That means $1000, you save $800.Please teach us how you manage to save 80%? How about your household expenses? Children expenses?, PUB bills, etc....??

I stopped buying liao. Loaded enough in 2009, so now I just watch and wait, while I generate more cash outside. Like that then won't be broke like now lor :(
Adsense cheque of US$110 should be arriving in June to add on to my war-chest to get ready in case they are any more opportunties for buying.

but whats the use man. we are not wealthy enough to buy them in 100 lots or more. we can only earn those little CD and price appreciation if you sell em. the most earn is few k or 10-20k nia. unlike people who got money, went in to buy in the millions. imagine if you got 100 lots for DBS shares wow.

My dividends are nearly 8k a year now and I'm still a few years to 30.

50k omfg. u r not even 30. u must be single minded and disciplined enough to do that? not all guys can save this amount. some spent on clubbing, drinks and on holidays and cars.
