  I would like to set up a small business. But i have no idea what i can do with a small capital like $ 3,000. I expect monthly earning of at least $300/month from this capital. Would it be possible?

  My offer of 2% a month is quite good already, thats 24% a year. Pawnshops only offer 18% a year. Do consider, Im being serious.
