go philips futures.
i believe their office is at raffles place(taht shopping mall which i never go to), and on the 6th or 7th floor of one of those towers.

I have Saizen REIT warrants at 0.075. That's the only derivative I have now, and it's time value is zilch somehow because of it's illiquidity.

i'm still studying...
And yes, though it is my capital(or rather, 65% of it), it is my elder bro's trading platform. So he keeps the profits and gives me about 10% of it... So yah, I'm motivated to do more and more...

I have to admit that's quite hard to believe.
At 266k usd annually, you earn more than 97% of the population.

remember what i said about shifts?
he mostly sells what i buys anyways.
the time he gets on the platform is short. but he makes the sells. his time is more ideal to start off with.

big win big lose.
did i tell u all what my mom and dad got into(those huge losses), such that now we have a different policy when we go into forex.
the one buy one sell thing?
oh ya, and joining those clubs where those "masters" mentor really helps. it makes you know what other forex-ers are doing by the second...

not millions.
but couple of a very significant thousands(or rather, tens of it) in a matter of a few short days. and they burst the margin almost straightaway.
that was the days when the USD plummeted like a sinking stone.

USD plummeting is not new. they printed a lot of USD and flooded the market with it. high inflation surely. deficit is said to be USD11 trillions. how not to plummet leh.
The thing is, if you earn, who lost?
earning USD266K trading in forex is hell of a lot of money. it is said that if you dun lose money in forex, it is considered as very good already.
Forex market is promoted as zero-sum game, whereas one trader gains another must lose. In truth, market spread, brokerage commissions and other transaction costs are subtracted from the results of all traders, making forex a "negative-sum" game.
So I still dun understand the mechanics.
eagle, do you borrow your capital from foreign banks?
my mom's korean, so she can borrow parts of her capital from shinhan capital and wooribank.
my dad and bro does trading with loans from Citi and some offshore banks which i wouldn't say.

so you are half korean? you speak korean?
borrowing money from banks to trade is not a good thing. it is highly leverage.
I have yet to borrow any capital.

the thing about forex.
not everyone keeps losing or earning money. u probably heard this. 96% of pple lose money, and 4% only gain $$. so this 4% of pple are gaining 96% of pple's $$$? That is a lot for the 4% of pple u know?
but you really have to be alert on the dot and keep your feet shuffling.

yes. the figure i heard from my mom was that woori charges 36% and shinhan is no better at 40%. it is even higher with her portfolio in forex, that is what i believe.
so you must factor in, the gains by my family, MINUS the interest we have to pay back these banks. it is a lot actually.
you need to read alot everyday and have the foresight. but with US and europe in malaise these days, these currencies will depreciate de.
