How to roll your money to get bigger. Any TIPS. NO RISK or LOW RISK.
Appreciate no stupid remarks.
Ask eagle, he seems to be knowledgeable in such things.
I am more knowledgeable in 4D and Toto.
No risk or low risks? Fixed Deposits, Govt bonds, Stat board bonds, GLC bonds...
Any other thing carries more than low risks
I think it would be Property Investment, I have just find this link : http://www.breakfreecafe.com/ and I think this company which offered this kind of investment advise is called MasteryAsia(S) Pte Ltd.Hope it not another "marketing" company and it really answer your question.
no risk? savings account lor
low risk? fixed/time deposit lor
I guess that has to be it...
go casino buy "big / small" ..... straight win 3 time ... 50% x 50% x 50% = 12.5% chance.... so u use ur life saving 200K become 400K, 400K become 800K, 800K become 1.6M... then can take the money and retire lo..... if u never go casino.. then ur chances will be ZERO.... so... 12.5% vs 0% .. which one better?
lol... good one...
investment return is depends on ur risk appetite... low risk low return... no free lunch de i believe.
every instrument has a market risk..as the person above me has said, what is your elevation towards your risk appetite..wanna play forex, there will be currency risk..wanna play property and such, there will be capital risk..practice diversification of your portfolio...
Or be like me... I throw most of my monies into dividend stocks... sit down collect dividends frequently... Don't need to bother about the price of the stock as long as you are happy with the yield... As long as company don't crash, and dividends are maintained, you are safe.... Very low risk...
Example, I bought into Starhub, SPH, CapitaComm, St Engg
Slightly higher risks might be CitySpring and Mcquarie International Infrastructure Fund
Then I use a small portion on trading... because prices are too high now... E.g. I playing with UOB now... If UOB was $8, then it would be a long term dividend stock...
Most important thing, not only do you have to decide your risk appetite, you also have to decide on your strategy. My regret was selling DBS and Ascendas REIT way too early... and too cheaply... On hindsight, I should have kept them as dividend stocks, and collecting frequent dividends... These experiences help shaped my strategies.
