HDB price i believe is pegged to like 90% of the market price in the area? Not too sure of the percentage

For simplicty sake excluding 10% upfront payment, interest etc, assuming you pay 10K per annum, you will need 30 years to pay off the 300K loan.
All for that small 3 room HDB flat which is on a 99 year lease.
