Food Stall In A Business Area

  Hi all,

  I am going to start a food stall in one of the coffeeshops in an area where most buildings around are just office buildings.

  I'm intending to sell vegetarian food.

  I am seeking advice here to see what kind of

  1) Service

  2) Type of food

  3) Price

  4) Any other innovative ideas (pls don't ask me to add meat into my cuisine)
