  Its hard to even identify a base in the first place as what looks like a base may be a potential congesting market towards an uptrend/downtrend.

  If you ask me, it doesnt mean anything. Theres no so called base there, except support line. Support line means it is getting harder to pierce downwards. But dont rely on support line only, must combine with all indicators you understand.
  
  Btw I see the volume of this stock is very low. I hope you dont choose this stock.
