In 90' it was like that also, first interested rates was very low creating a situation where everything was easy credit, that made the banks and financial sectors sizzle, then in ard 92 the big ticket stuff like property, cars became very hot etc ... The spin off from these was shipping saw a boom, construction was spinned off from property also took off too. All these lasted till abt 94/95, then electronics came followed closely behind by IT then everything ended with the currency crisis big bang.
