  Got letter from POSBANK,
  it states:
  "WEF 1ST JAN 2006, the charge for each incoming telegraphic transfer will be $10."
  What is telegraphic transfer?

  Yah. I received that from POSB also....I think it means people sending money to your account from overseas.....anyone care to clarify?
