Oil prices are going up again. Also, SPC has declared 32cents a share dividend. Price of SPC has a high co-relation with price of oil futures.Originally posted by onefour02:can someone please explain to the noob here why SPC has gone up 35cents to 5.450 as of now (4.55pm) before we get to read the columns in straits times tmrw.

Recently, i put up a minimum sell price for my 2 lots of china milk and due to some confusion of the system..I sold another 2 lots of the share...So that means i sold another 2 lots that i don't even own...Today my agent just give me a call, but can't really understand what he trying to tell me...
So u guys know what will happen??
what do u mean by cover?Originally posted by king108:cover loh..what else.
If you sold extra. It's called sell short or short sell, hence needed to recover. Either you recovered on the same day before closing or you will have to buy back whenever your agent tell you to do so or they will act on your behalf (market price)Originally posted by *Lord Kang*:what do u mean by cover?
