How much you bought your CDL for? I find that the current price of CDL is too high. Yield may not be too good at that price...
$6 is a steal...Hmm..I think I should up my stake in Capitaland and Keppel Land...Its a pity that UOL is rather stagnantOriginally posted by sbst275:At abt $6+...
It is indeed too high
But got recent IR bid, heating up property sector
Yah...But I missed ComfortDelgro at $1.44....Originally posted by sbst275:Aft viewing's last night CNA SG Biz Tonight
Bet SMRT and ComfortDelGro
They bet ComfortDelGro
As SMRT gains, only for 2-3 yrs, aft which growths turns stagnent...
While ComfortDelGro because of overseas expansion, will be the better choice eventually

Mostly in cash, waiting to re-enter.
Market in correction mode recently. Third quarter results coming up soon, with most company expected to do ok. But, going forward, high oil prices and hurricane effects may impact future earnings... Very tricky market in the coming weeks.
I'm thinking of buying something starting with an S.. hmm.. dunno if i should.
For ComfortDelGro, you have to be patient.Originally posted by shade343:Yah...But I missed ComfortDelgro at $1.44....

no need to buy spland or cmt liao.Originally posted by shade343:Buy Sp Land or CMT.
From my personal observation, Stock prices are the most volatile at the last hour of trading. Not sure why...maybe singaporean investor's mentality is to "wait and see" ??Originally posted by onefour02:no need to buy spland or cmt liao.
placed everything on SPC liao.
transacted at 5.550.
skali today closed at 5.400.
price dropped 5.500 at around 3pm at a volume of 2000+
closed at 5.400 with a volume of 3500+
could have saved a couple hundred of dollars if i chose to wait.
but i just wanted to get my hands on spc.
noticed that prices jump in the last hour.
do you guys normally place your orders (what shld be the correct term for this?) in the last hour b4 closing?
