I feel so sad....
Based on today's closing price for Suntec REIT, I lost around $500
Why are all the Reits falling? -
Mapletree dropping?
But anyway....u remember I said I pulled out of buying Mapletree...I dun noe why but it was a feeling abt these REITs....its like anti-hype thing...everyone says so gd and it will fail....
Anyway, I think it will rise and I hope it will rise for you lah....i hate to see anyone lose money in the stock market....

I wun be too worried abt S-reit lah.. Valuation looks ok. Capital Mall Trust I dunno.. based on yield and NAV per unit, current price seems to be fair-value. Unless it starts making acquisitions again to boost its yield.

She is responsible for this mess. Thanks to Temasek dumping of shares plus her bad speech on REITs.
Anyway, I think I will be buying more Suntec. Heck Prime Reit. -

CMT is currently trading at 92% premium. But dunno why analyst says its still good value. CMT now give 4.2% yield based on today's closing price of 2.39. F*** Prime Reit. They only give 5% yield. Last time they say want give 6%....those greedy baskets.... -

Merill lynch made a 'buy' call on many of the SG reits. but i think the prices of reits will still be erratic cos of contra traders. be careful if you're thinking of accumulating for the short term.

at 1.1, I was queueing for the price to go below 1.09 leh.. sigh.. too greedy.
