In terms of pay and the max level you can go (in terms of career), a lot of companies still emphasise on your education level. Unfortunately, SG companies are quite practical in that aspect, and even if a poly grad outperforms a U grad, at the end of the day... his pay cap will never be higher than the Uni grad.
