Whats next? Really...
it really define 'falling to pieces'
everything falling apart one by one...
SAW will say that it's becoz she left that's why everything failing becoz she is not there to "help"...
I prefer to say that she left too late, she shld leave sooner and let ppl rectify the problem... She only left when she thinks it's not safe to stay anymore...
Never mind
Use glue boards to glue the parts that fall apart back to their original place

Rail clip drops from viaduct near MRT station
SINGAPORE: A rail clip has dropped from the viaduct near Clementi MRT Station in a second incident in four days.
Thursday's incident followed a similar happening on Monday when a rail clip dropped from the viaduct near TradeHub 21.
"We are concerned
about the latest incidents. As a precaution, we will be installing
safety nettings along these areas immediately after passenger service
tonight," said SMRT Train's executive vice-president Mr Khoo Hean Siang
in a statement on Friday.
"We are also working with the
authorities to install wire mesh along stretches of the viaduct where
there is human activity. This will be done progressively in the next few
weeks. We will also do a thorough check through the entire system and
replace any clips that show signs of wear and tear."
"Similar to
the clip found on 20 Feb, the clip found yesterday will be sent for a
laboratory test, to examine the reason for failure."
"We
would like to assure the public that we take a serious view of these
recent incidents of broken rail clips, and are putting all available
maintenance resources to look into the matter, to ensure that public
safety is not compromised and normal train operations can continue
smoothly."

Why more and more things falling out from the mrt ?
Train tracks maintenance not rigorous enough: commuters
SINGAPORE: Some train commuters said maintenance of Singapore's train tracks have not been thorough enough.
This comes after two metal rail clips fell off tracks near Clementi and Jurong stations within four days.
The temporary safety
nettings which have been installed at stretches between the Dover and
Jurong East train stations on the East-West Line, will be replaced by
wire mesh along viaduct railings.
Operator SMRT said train speeds
may have to be adjusted along tracks where clips fell off to minimise
the recurrence of more parts falling off.
Commuters felt more should be done.
One
commuter said: "If parts are actually falling off, I think there may be
problems with auditing. If there's proper policy and procedure in
place, this shouldn't happen at all."
"They have to fix the parts soon. The parts are starting to break off already. They're old," said another.
One female commuter also shared her concerns over the temporary safety nettings.
She said: "Even if you put the net, the net may not be strong enough to protect the thing (metal rail clips) from falling down."
Incidents
of broken clips falling off train tracks are quite rare. Three other
such incidents have reportedly occurred in the last four years.

Buy new trains?
Fares will be increased to $10 a trip.
wait the nettings also drop and cover the train
Make a roller coaster MRT service
Joking............
anyway, the maintainence is poor and they just have abt enough to keep routinue trains running

You make it sound so easy.
alamak , a bunch of morons
puttin nets to catch rail clips. like tryin to catch fishes with a net in the ocean
I saw a photo in the press.
Instead of fixing the fault, they are fixing a safety net to let the fault happen.
I am shocked and loss for words.
