Please kindly email or call the CEO for service tomorrow as the forumers or any DJ are not authorised to answer any further questions for service return.
Please do not abuse the station managers as they are just doing their job.
Your actions will be recorded by the video camera in the station and we will not hesitated to take any legal actions.
Hope you ride with us in the near future cos you dun have any other choice.

wait nong nong
will the CEO say that it is a once in 50 years incidents? think the CEO better resign....
I read in other forums that the ceo's experience is mainly in retail and not in transportation/engineering etc.
No wonder I see so many mrt stations starting to look like shopping malls with their "exchange" stalls everywhere.

SMRT staff are now on site attending to the fault. They will work round the clock to repair the damage and hope to get the north-bound train service for this stretch up by tomorrow morning.
The muppets who run SMRT should be hauled up and grilled in Parliament. I've never seen chaos as bad as this elsewhere, not even in London. And this sort of crap is only going to get more frequent as the infrastructure is running on its limit.
the one who broke the window is hero.
but it oso means one train is going to be taken off service.
so maybe SMRT will pursue.
many ppl are praying for it not to be fixed so fast
so they can be forced to be on leave/work from home or report to work after lunch
