Am I allowed to get in the MRT station with heavy and big luggage BC the turnstiles @ the stations are pretty narrow, so properply I cant get my stuff through it !!!!!
Please help me !!!
Sorry, no porter at MRT stations.
Try carrying the load on your own head.
hahahaha of course you can.
Just don't get stomped by bo liao people.
Can, inform the station manager at the pax control room.
The security will do an inspection on your lagguage because of the size. Once you get the green light, they'll help you open the bigger gate and allow you to pass.
there is a bigger bi-directional gantry (for wheelchair)
and a separate gate opened by MRT stn personel only
like for those with MPV-sized twin prams or their own MRT stn cleaning equipment
of cos, no porter service
Tx all of ya indeed, in a word..... I gotta come to the customer service desk then ask them to open a bigger gate ????
Many people pull along their big luggage into the mrt everyday.
Very common.
But do the personel check my stuff in a private room, I don wanna show everything to everyone around there

no private room~ open space~
but the security officer will do a very quick check~ just to ensure no explosives
some times you carry huge lagguage, they might record your particulars.
it's all for the safety of other passengers
it's a safe country~
yes, directly approach the control room (those glass room with people inside)
Okay I see S'pore is very safe. Subway station is much safer than that in France. I was chased after by the arabs bc they mistook me for a Chinese...

Okay, no worries, I did handle that, everything is in English
Try not to bring huge luggage on the MRT, it makes it hellish for the rest of us.
But *do* use:
1. help
2. wide gates
3. the lifts
