Told them liaox...
Circle Line must be circle, arbo no complete circle = open circuit = no power
Seriously the sentence "It apologises to affected passengers for the inconvenience caused."
Sounds like some robot apology... Sooo not sincere sia... Remind me of the BP oil leak episode in SouthPark...
girlfriend was late for work because of this...
seems her colleague called her from Serangoon telling her it's a mess there, only 2 of the MRT people standing near the gate which was half-closed.. no announcements, nothing.. until the people go and ask the 2 fellas standing there then they find out...
there were no buses at Paya Lebar MRT station to provide "bus bridging services"
her colleague had to go back to the NEL and squeeze back into the train... after 3 trains then she could get in
will SMRT be fined for this?

Please don't.
Then they'll use that as an excuse for raising train fares further.
I'd rather they force SMRT to give one day of free rides to all passengers.

"Once in every 50 years"
"Freak accident"
"Not my fault, the maintaint guys nv do their job properly"

actually, since the article was from CNA, using "it" makes sense. CNA has no responsibility apologising or helping SBST to do so. It merely reported that SBST has apologised.

give one day free ride, then also results in loss in operation, will also give them reason to raise fare mah...
