anyway, i saw two new MRT carriages been transported around Upper Thomson Road, on 9th May at around 8pm... it was turning from Upper Thomson Road to Braddell Road. most likely going towards Bishan depot?
From Dec it'll lift e 0700 - 0900 restriction
New shuttle bus pick up point has opened.
Signages were placed

It could be December, it could be September, it could be next year.
I quote one of the staff member, "We (SMRT and LTA) will monitor the situation, when there is the demand we will open it up for the evening peak."

sometimes they might be from PR.
Ops wise it's impossible.
Right now w/ only 106 trains it's impossible to hold 2 mins freq for more than 30 mins block.
Since this is about JEMP, here are some photographs

I recall they mentioned they already have 10 units in Singapore, which equates to 5 6-car trains. That's on 30 March.
Recently I think there's been 2 more trains on the lines for testing.

They may open it earlier if the train arrives earlier.
but chances are, usually it'll only occur towards December which has some obvious reasons to do so
Even as to why they chose 27th May has the same reasoning
As I've said, schedule adherence is very important.
With more trains, lagi more important

During the site visit we were told that it will open up for more slots according to the demand. I just noticed that the joint press release does state December, which is a more definite date. The exact date for the evening peak is still unknown, though.
They will also be gradually phasing out the seven cross line trains, which runs from Ang Mo Kio (or Marina Bay) to Pasir Ris via Jurong East. Two trips will be removed on 27 May.

There's a lot of dates it's alrdy knocked out. They wun do anything when there's school, so it's a big tell tale sign alrdy.
The cross train though it's good for those at CCK & Bt Batok, it also creates problems for ppl at Jurong West. Trains often has to stop for quite some time at Lakeside & Chinese Garden.
I ever noticed 3x trains stucked from Lakeside all the way to Jurong East before

has to be removed or else Jurong can't enjoy 2 mins freq either
Right now situation dun sound right either, 4 mins freq but the train tat arr are packed.
Updated AMK > JUE > PSR schedule is out
Yuhua & Jurong GRC MPs observing the ops this morning.
When Ang Wei Neng & SPH are close together
will they reopen jurong east st 12 now that the station is fully up and running?
