  Because the company that supplies the propulsion system for C151A is the same company that supplies the propulsion system for C751B.

  Also, considering that most of the technologies implemented in C151A are a derivative of C751B, one can pretty much conclude quite a number of things.

  C151A mixture of:
  
  C751B: Center of carriage aircon, interior door, Mode blinker, door closing blinker beside and head coupler. ps: 317/318 is jealous of the new train....
  C830: Similar Glass Panel design beside seats.
  C151: Floor, door closing warning blinker
  
  Changes:
  - Shorter Glass Panel.
  - STARIS is installed inside the train wall not outside.
  - Aircon similar to C751B's is cutted between the center poles
  - Similar lights without lines from the C151.
  
  ALL THIS IS ALL GUESS

  I Saw A C151A Train Today At Bishan Depot At Pernanment Way Near The PIE Expressway At The Last Lane !!!!! So Nice And There Is People In It Walking WIth Staris On And It Look Bigger Than C751B!!!
