  Can't SMRT remove e SWT and make it 4 mins freq?

  And ppl will ask why the hell there is a middle platform there in Paya Lebar CCL, unlike AMK middle platform where there is a LTE ("SWT") use of it

  e SWTs are really running at < 60% capacity.
