  Hi. I am interested to join the FOS Club, but can't find any link at the SMRT website. Do you guys have any idea how?

  go to SMRT HQ and get the form yourself. Then submit the form back to the HQ.

  There is no registration fee required

  But need parental consent. FoS expires after 2 years, renewal only by invitation.
