It is an incident where the man feel dizzy and fell off while the train approaching?

Cant be la. Most likely a jump and suicide case. Whether he problematic gambling or not, is a possibility but most likely is due to 40+ years old, hard to find jobs when tio retrenched. 8pm leh, not 12mn where drunk and fell. (Khatib incident this year on a FT worker is indeed drunk and fell and .... painfully die as he was not killed instantly.)
Or due to family problems or divorce?
If that is so (suicide), then can say that sporean are indeed very stressful especially cannot find jobs, loans/debts mounting, money dried up, wife fedup run away, children hungry, no food to eat.

They are taking their own sweet time.
It is far too slow.

The question here is not abt the installation of HHPSD but more abt the mental state/health of an individual - invariably depression is the main factor driving people to take their lives - we have so many high rise HDB flats everywhere & it's so convenient to jump down once a person has made up his/her mind.
Whether u jump in front of an on coming moving train or from a flat, both events r tragic & sad - the only difference is that the former causes more disruptions/inconviences to the train services/commuters as compared to the latter.

By getting run over by a train, it is seriously painful, 1 carriage would have 8 wheels. And 1 carriage weighs about 36 tons. 36 tons / 8 = 4 tons load each wheel. Imagine getting squash by that amount of weight.
