I've found a MV sung by Stefanie for the SG NDP in 2002 and saw a few un-renewed MRT trains.

What train is that on 0:02 and 3:45? Was that a C151? or a C651?

Unrefurbished C151?

The first one is a C151. Note the door rubber, it's quite a lot thinner than C651s.
The second one cannot be confirmed.

grabpoles. C151 was straight C651 have spilt to three in the middle of the pole.

As the topic is called "C151 or C651?", why don't we share some of our opinions (may be positive or negative) about it...
I think C651 was marvellous and it was fullfill with my memories. I've once lived in SG for a month (in 2004) for summer holiday and most of the time I were riding on a C651...
And C151 looks quite trendy (I mean the renewed one)...
I like old thinks best, so... I vote C651.
