  Why? The C951 train shows "Land Transport Authority". There may choose this... But for me I vote SMRT.

  My vote is SMRT. I'd rather all future lines go to SMRT as well. To date I believe rail competition is still a load of crap and commuters stand to lose. I don't really see much competition around now.

  In addition, interchanges with the same operator (eg. Bishan) have ETA boards at closer proximity to the other line. Its the least one could do for commuters especially if your train intervals are 6-8 mins. Sounds trivial but I'm someone who plans my journey timings very accurately and I hate missing and waiting for trains. Its a very very big problem for me at SER stn because the NEL ETA is so damn far from CCL side and vice versa. Always end up missing the train. So whats the point of ETA if its not utilised with maximum efficiency?

  I know the announcements are annoying and draggy announcements.
  
  But the bells from SMRT "DING DONG" is very annoying.
  The most annoying bell from  SMRT is the JEMP distruptions.
