  Sparks is common to see when the shoe touches the third rail. You can see this at Jurong East.

  the spark with iron wheels and iron track is common due to friction. there is nothing wrong with that.

  New paper got report abt tis incident....
  
  And SMRT so fortunate tat tis incident happened at Tanah Merah and not at other stations.If it had happened elsewhere,confirm kena train disruption cuz no middle platform.SMRT tyco cuz of the middle platform at Tanah Merah helped a lot....haha.

  In TNP,a C151 was featured.The left side TO's door was opened and alot of the SMRT Mechanics were standing on the track....
