There is no train service between Jurong East and Bukit Batok stations the day after tomorrow and another after that. This is due to upgrading works on the track. To continue your journey on the North South Line from Jurong East station, please alight and take the free shuttle bus service to Bukit Batok station. To continue your journey on the North South Line from Bukit Batok station, please alight and take the free shuttle bus service to Jurong East station. SMRT apologize for any inconvienence caused.

Lol, what if... LTA makes a crazy decision by
ALL BUSES WILL CEASE OPERATION BY XXXX year and all roads with bus lane (PARTIAL OR FULL HOURS) will be repatched with grass.
BUT, all bus services would be ceased and trams will be used to replace all bus routes. Previous roads with bus lane would now have a tram lane reserved for them. Why not? =P

If buses were to cease i can assure that quite a number of people are gonna be really upset. -
