  a station that has more than 1 island platform
  No PSD in it.

  NOT EWL
  ALL PLATFORMS IN REGULAR SERVICE

  LTE uses middle platform

  while JUR to MRB vis WDL and MRB to JUR via WDL uses the outer two platforms
