Marina Extension is even later than that.
Ya lor, in 2015.

NONONO!!!
Stage 4 and 5 will open together in 2011, my personal estimation might be March or August (If it opens in March 2011, it is because it follows the trend of Stage 3 in May 2009, Stage 1 and 2 in April 2010 and AFAIK based on the signboards on the roads nearby and not something illegal, the Holland Village station should be expected to be completed by 2010 December. --- So heres the hint. If it opens by August 2011, it is probably a joint operation with Woodleigh as well, as stated in Wikis since the International School there in Woodleigh area is opening as well.)
Marina Bay Extension? It will be done by 2012 and NOT 2015. This is because there is a maintenance facility in Marina Bay, probably the DTL rolling stock will be inserted in Marina Bay, and start running by 2013. Dont forget that DTL Stage 1 opens by 2013 and the Gali Batu Depot for DTL Stage 2 along with Kim Chuan Depot for DTL Stage 3 is not even ready then.
I think he meant that NSL Marina Pier extension to be completed by 2015.
CCLe - 2012 (So that C951s can go to Marina Bay to the temporary depot)
They are still under construction, Y must you be so kanh chiong to create a new thread and we have nothing to comment it since they are still under construction...
U So Early Create Thread for what? u scared people Create This Thread before you is it when the Circle Line open
LTA had make several changes on those signboards regarding 'the last day where Holland Ave/Road junction will be backed to normal'. It was first stated Feb2009, Dec 2009 and now Dec 2010, so don't be surprised that the trains finally run in Dec 2011.
Anyway the west section of the Circle Line was not really useful to the residents in the West.

I disagree. In fact I find the Eastern section is useless / not anywhere faster unless you travel from Bishan to the East OR you use the stations in between (PYL CCL to DBG NEL and OTP to West will in fact slower than direct EWL)
BTW, it is useful on South Western sector (Harbourfront - Buona Vista / Holland Village)
Dont forget that it was mentioned on Concept plan 2001 that more lines will be added, and one of them is the yet to be announced Holland Line (So this CCL will serve the backbone or what first)

Yeah thats what i concluded the other time
8 mins waiting time compared to EWL/NSL 5 mins (both are MAX waiting time)
so its 16 mins form PYL CCL to DBG
16+8 = 24mins
PYL Nsl/Ewl to DBG
12+5+5 = 22 mins
FASTER by 2 mins!

Neither LTA nor URA had ever announced or mentioned Holland Line, or you had heard some insiders news?

Well, have u heard of North Shore / Coast line as well? Do you that Punggol MRT station has another cutbox tunnel for provision in this MRT line.
Maybe we can know when the CCL Stage 4 opens. (Seriously, Between Orchard, Holland Village and Ulu Pandan area needs a MRT line that might jolly well connect to Bukit Batok)

We might as well build more lines and connect every part of Singapore with MRT lines.
If Bedok were to have a LRT we need alot of services...
Bedok North(Got 2 Bedok Norths)
Bedok Reservoir
Bedok South
Chai Chee
Landed Housing at Kembagan

Lol, there are box tunnels under Punggol MRT station and LRT station.
Possibly that it could connect to Changi Airport, Changi Village, Pasir Ris, <Broadwalk/Park Connector between Punggol and Pasir Ris), Punggol, Selatar, Lentor, Woodlands
I think they'd plans for lots of MRT lines, but I think it's shelved for a network w/ both buses and MRT.

if the spec map was correct then CCL1 from DBG to EPN was part of the holland line

for CCL from bishan to PYL , yes, much faster.
BUT the same also applies those going west, it take a load off the trains now going westbound and also thru the northline.
the problem lies in those going from jurong east to yishun and orchard areas. NS lines are ALWAYS almost crammed full especially during office hours.
don't believe me?? go try take 1 from city hall all the way north to jurong east, you 'll be suprised at the flow of people from these few areas.
so if CCL3 and 4 from bishan to jurong east the line is useless, i suggest you have to rethink again on that apsect.

Try google for Future MRT lines map.
