If you think you can't manage adults, why organise this tour? You have to expect this kind of thing when you organise tours. If you think they'll leave halfway, just let them leave and continue the tour with the remaining people. -

Serious in summary, C751BLovur is just embarassed, scared and fear for the unknown. These 3 issue only and hence, despite no concrete evidence, I believe that he got Asperger syndrome. (Dont ask me how I know, please)
I believe he comes without an ill-intent but with these 3 problems in his heart, he give people and impression of horrible attitude.
