  Since this a tour made by the fans and NOT by any organization, thus there will be no FOS requirement. However, I believe he cannot take in people who are below 12 / 13 as standard. (Partially Bukit Brown areas might be troublesome for childrens as it involves climbing mountain, since no one will gonna to take a cab for it)

   

  By the way, unless one trespass, you will not get to see the station interior in this tour.
