Due to the recent event of trains on the mass media I just received a call from ST to organize an interview with some members of SG Trains about Train Fans / Enthusiast. I need you people help.
1) I need to a few people to be in the interview. (Done)
2) I need to discuss with the moderator regarding this. Pls PM me your email & contact number. (Done)
3) They will be coming to KCD on 18 June 2010. (I dunno, TBC)
4) I need a group photo & others relevant photos. (Done)
Here an update: Sry for the late reply. The interview has been done already. It will be published on "The Sunday Times" under "LIfestyle Section" this coming Sunday. Photos also have been taken already. The topic is "A group of train fan/enthusiast in Singapore" thanks.

well...some information will be needed. like for example, has any information been passed down to you regarding when the article will be published, or when the interview will be held, etc? sometimes these key info might be needed to organise and prioritise the stuff that they need.
for tasks (1) & (2), you can discuss it with the moderators. However, i will suggest some key persons, like Willis, John, Wen Jie, smrt3099 (i'm sorry i do not know ur name..).
as for part (3), as mentioned, they would have to apply for special permit to enter the depot with u guys.
part (4). i wondered if u guys had a group photo on the 5 June outing.. i would suggest a group photo for the 16 June outing for those going to LTG/NEWater plant, and the 18 June one should be a must. try to make the photos good. we dun wanna have our faces turn out blur on the papers, yeah?

well thanks for asking. I receive a call this evening by the press. i have been told to organise this whole schedule. no information have been passed down nor when the article will be published and interview be held.(by right the interview will be by phone, but will be the person instead) i have told the press that i will get back to them in 2 days time. the rest i will discuss it will the moderators again asap.

Wow interesting. There are some ambiguities though.I thought that ST should be the one organising the interview & planning the schedule. Anyway did the press said that the interview day and location will be at / during KCD tour? If a permit is required for the ST team to enter KCD, is it they apply for the permit or we have to contact SMRT for another permission?
So what u may have to do is to:
1) Call ST to confirm time/day/location
2) Call SMRT for ST interview permit if needed.
